About workshops and private lessons:
Workshops are a specialised Masterclasses that can be organised in any location as a one-off lesson.
They can include Aerial Tisu, Aerial Rope, Double Trapeze, Dance Trapeze, Handstands.
Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. It can be a different way to get stronger in a fun environment!
At intermediate and advanced - Lessons are also more specific to level and will look more closely at technique, choreography and skill.
Workshops generally run 1-2 hours
